Daily Group Tour
Our most popular tour and a great option for solo travelers, couples, and small groups. The tour departs around 8:30 AM daily as we travel to Kulen Mountain. We will typically take a brief break along the way at your tour guides home to learn about life in the countryside. We then continue onwards to Phnom Kulen National Park. Highlights of our park visit include a 16th-century pagoda, an introduction to Theravada Buddhism, and stunning waterfalls and jungle scenery.
This tour is priced at 45 USD per person. It includes all transportation, National Park ticket (a $20 Value), and donations to partner organizations. It does not include lunch.
Trip Itinerary

We will pick you up from your accommodation.
Depending on timing meet your guide’s family, learning about countryside living, relax in a hammock and explore the area. A light fruit snack is served.
After arriving at Phnom Kulen we will see a Buddhist pagoda. The visit begins with an introduction to Theravada Buddhism and a blessing, typical for Khmer pilgrims.
A visit to the largest reclining Buddha in Cambodia. Absorb a view of the entire national park.
Time to eat! Enjoy lunch just above the waterfall at a restaurant. Entrees are priced at around 5 USD. You can also buy cheaper snacks from local vendors.
Descend to see Phnom Kulen’s sacred waterfalls. You will have the opportunity to go swimming in the pool below the waterfall or do some light jungle exploring.
Make the journey back to Siem Reap in an air-conditioned van. Journey lasts up to 1.5 hours.
